Colorado City School District is hiring a special education teacher/director.  This is a dual position.  Half of the position will be a teacher for a self-contained ESS classroom.   Teaching duties include classroom instruction, supervision of paraprofessionals, curriculum development, and IEP preparation. The other half of the position will be District SPED Director.  Director duties include supervision of all ESS instructional staff for Cottonwood Elementary and El Capitan High School.  This position will ensure district compliance with state and federal mandates, and create effective student academic programs.

Eleven Month Position / Five Day Week.
