El Capitan High School is hiring a high school principal.  This position oversees all aspects of the educational program for grades 6-12. The principal is responsible for the academic program, supervision of teachers and staff, building management and maintenance, and school culture and climate.  Our goal is to hire a visionary leader who will bring our school to academic excellence while maintaining a vibrant, welcoming, and safe environment.
